Worldwide Shipping

We ship to a wide range of international destinations, including the USA, UK, Middle East, Europe, and many more. The shipping method will depend on your location, and we use DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Please note that P.O. Box addresses are not supported by our courier partners. Kindly provide a complete street address, including zip/postal code and a valid contact number for successful delivery.


Shipping Times

  • Standard Orders (Ready to Ship): Dispatches within 5-7 business days of receiving full payment.

  • Custom Orders (Made to Order or Customized): Requires up to 10–12 business days for processing and dispatch.

Please note, we do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays as our logistics partners are not operating on these days.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the destination country. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Shipment & Tracking Details

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment via the courier’s website (Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active)


What if there’s a delay?

We make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time. However, delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or shipping disruptions.

  • Delivery dates are approximate, and we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

  • In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

  • If a part of your order is delayed, we may offer a refund for the undelivered items.


Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, no refunds will be issued. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.


Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees depending on your country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
