Return Policy

Hi There,

We would like you to be happy every time when you order something from “TheDesignerOutfit” and Fiyra retails. You and all our customers will remain our focus today and in the future. We will take care of each customer, one at a time, each time we hear from him or her. However, if due to some reason or human mistake, if you are not happy with the product then the following terms will apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. After all we would like you to be happy customer.

Our experienced and passionate team do their best to make sure you never have to use this policy or return of product as an option. But still for theory purpose here it is: - If an item you ordered from from “TheDesignerOutfit” and Fiyra retails does not meet your expectations do write to us and we will happily try to assist you.

We at Fiyra retails are dedicated to offer you the best quality in our products and our services. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are here to help remedy those problems.

We do not cancel the placed order after 24hrs. If you want to cancel the order after 24hrs you will have to pay 30% bank payment processing charges from your total order amount. We do not provide any cancellation if the order is for processing and products are received. We don't provide any refunds for the same. Cancellation amount will be credited as “TheDesignerOutfit” Store Credit or Coupons.

In case if you do not like the product which you received from “TheDesignerOutfit”, you can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 7 days. We will give 90% refund and rest 10% is payment processing & other misc. charges.

Products with Visible Damage /Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item

In case you have received a product that seems either damaged or is different from what you ordered, we would appreciate it if you could email us or contact our customer support cell within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Please save all the packing materials along with the product. Once you contact us, we will guide you throughout the process.

We will be shipping a replacement product earliest possible without you paying any extra charges.

In case the ordered product is out of stock then we will allow you to option for an alternate product. Our help desk will maintain the communication with you till you are satisfied with the product.

In case, you do not feel like buying an alternate, we will refund the entire amount without any deduction.

Or any other amicable resolution as mutually agreed with you.

Return Terms and Conditions:

  • Refunds would not be accepted for custom made/stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However, we would accept returns if there are any faults from our end.
  • We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • We would not accept returns of any product that was bought during a discount sale or an offer.
  • Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
  • Customer need to bare the shipping cost while returning the products.
  • We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
  • In case of orders with free shipping, the shipping cost would be deducted from the refund.
  • We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods.
  • All products should be returned in the original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns
  • In case of product return, we will issue refund once we receive the product back at our office.

Item availability failure -

In case of multiple goods being ordered, if the delivery is not possible for certain items, customers will be requested to select alternate items or if no alternate selection is desired by customer then she will be promptly refunded against the non-delivered goods or services along with their shipping charges.

Credit Issues

All credits to be posted to a customer's credit card account take about 3 to 5 business days to be processed. The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 2 business days to actually post these to the customer's accounts from the date we processed the credits. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card statement.

Be Extra Alert when Accepting Parcel from Courier

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the quality and quantity of the items with the invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge a proper complaint about the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.

Reasons for which no returns shall be accepted

Description and color Disclaimer

We would like to notify you that the product descriptions that we mention are approximate values. This includes weight, color, embroidery details and dimensions. Even though mostly, they are accurate, there may be cases where the descriptions have slight deviations. In case of deviation in the product description, we are not responsible; we would appreciate if our customers understand the same before demanding return or refund for the product.

Regarding Hues & Designing

While we make the best attempts to design and portray products precisely, there are chances that the customer may receive a product with minor variations in color as displayed over the site. The color difference can be justified owing to the fabric dyes, the weather while dying and differences in the screen resolution of monitors. Hence, a customer must be ready to expect a minor variation in color from what was seen on the computer screen. Below are the instances of the differences that the customer might experience.

For bright hues like red, maroon and orange the tendency to reflect a different shade is high.

Colors from the same family - green, aqua blue shades & off white, white and beige colors may seem overlapping.

Stiff fabrics like raw silk, khadi, brocade, tussar silk and south cotton display a similar textured effect where one can observe the direction of weaved threads. Please note that this is a prominent characteristic of these fabrics and is not a defect.

Pieces with hand printing and embroidery are certain to have minor differences. Even though the artisans ensure maximum efforts to avoid the difference, the variation could still exist.

Beads and Sequences Missing or Coming off

We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care, this cannot be avoided altogether. Many times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. Many times it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in few hours you might loose some of them. Do not panic or over-react because if you look with a magnifying glass at any such dresses/sarees worn by others, you will most certainly find some pieces missing or almost at a state of falling down.
